1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the graphX-Storeonline shop. Consumers within the meaning of these GTC are natural persons who conclude a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their self-employed professional activity.
2. Conclusion of Contract
By ordering the desired goods in the shop, you make a binding offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by e-mail or ship the goods.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices include VAT plus shipping costs. The shipping costs are automatically displayed in the shopping cart and during the ordering process and are based on weight, delivery address and selected shipping service. For deliveries abroad, shipping costs may vary depending on the recipient country. Payment methods accepted: PayPal, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay , or other payment methods shown at checkout.
4. Delivery / Shipping
Delivery is made via our shipping partner DHL to the delivery address provided by the customer. The delivery time is usually about 2-5 working days. Delivery times are subject to unforeseeable events (e.g. illness, force majeure, company holidays). We inform our customers in good time about company holidays or delays on the website or in the ordering process..
5. Right of withdrawal / return
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
- Return shipping costs: The costs of the return shipment are borne by the customer, as long as the goods correspond to those ordered.
- Condition of the goods: Returns will only be accepted if the goods are unused, in their original packaging and undamaged ist.

Note on individual stickers: Stickers with an individual design or text according to the customer's wishes are excluded from exchange and revocation, as they are a tailor-made special product (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB). Therefore, please check your details carefully before ordering.
6. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. Defects must be reported immediately.
7. Liability
We are only liable for damages caused by simple negligence in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). Liability is limited to the typically foreseeable damage. We assume no liability for the content of external links.
8. Accounting Software / Lexoffice
For the administration and accounting of orders, we use the software Lexoffice (Lexware GmbH & Co. KG, Germany).
The following will be transmitted: first and last name, billing and delivery address, e-mail address, order details.
Purpose: Invoicing, bookkeeping and tax documentation..

10. Applicable Law / Place of Jurisdiction
German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for consumers is the consumer's place of residence, for entrepreneurs our place of business.
