Our stickers are made from high-quality Oracal 751C High Performance Cast film, which is weather-resistant, durable, and UV-stable. The film is suitable for outdoor use and lasts up to 8 years, depending on the color – please refer to the manufacturer's specifications. Each sticker is precisely cut and inspected before packaging. The stickers are delivered on transparent transfer film, allowing for easy and clean application. Other colors are available upon request – we are happy to advise you on special colors and metallic films.
1. Prepare the Rim
Thoroughly clean the rim of dust, grease and dirt using a mild detergent. Ensure the rim is completely dry before applying the sticker.
2. Position the Sticker
Place the sticker on the rim temporarily to check the desired position.
3. Apply the Sticker
Carefully peel off the protective backing and apply the sticker to the rim. Press it from the centre outwards using a squeegee or plastic card to avoid air bubbles. Oracal 751C films can be applied either dry or with a light water film (wet application).
4. Curing and Post-Treatment
After application, avoid significant temperature fluctuations for approximately 72 hours. Leave the sticker untouched for at least 24 hours before using the wheel.
Temperature Guidelines
The ambient temperature during application should not fall below +8 °C. The optimal range for best adhesion is between +18 °C and +22 °C. Avoid direct sunlight or extreme temperatures while applying the sticker.
Storage of the Films
Oracal 751C films can be stored for approximately 2 years. After this period, the optimal adhesive performance can no longer be guaranteed.
